Please find attached a free post returns label and a quick exchange form (at the end of the article). If you could kindly fill that in, we'll take care of it straight away.
Please include the exchange form inside the package (rather than emailing it) If you don't have a printer please include your order details with what size you'd like on a note.

Want to save time? Need the exchange urgently?
However - If you want to save time you are more than welcome to order the size you do want now and simply write on that form that you would like a refund.
If you want your new ring urgently I would also advise that you select Royal Mail Tracked 24 as your delivery method.
If possible please reuse the brown box we sent the ring to you in. You can either tear off the old label or just put the new freepost label over the top. It doesn't need extra packaging - if it does it will go over 25mm in height and may be returned to you. If you don't have it, just put the ring inside the ring box and use an envelope or small plastic mailing sack.
We'll let you as soon as your exchange or return arrives and process it the same day.
You can post it using any local postbox.

Don't Have a Printer?
If you don't have a printer (or can't get it printed elsewhere) don't worry about it - it's no problem at all.
Please send it back Royal Mail 2nd Class 'Large Letter' (about £1.50) and include a note saying we agreed to refund your postage and we'll do that for you. Please also include a note with your order details on and what you would like us to do eg - exchange and the size you need or refund etc.
If you are posting 3 or more rings you may want to get 'proof of postage' free from the Royal Mail.
IMPORTANT
When you are returning your ring - Please make sure you include your details so we know who sent it (you would be surprised!)
