Need to return for a refund?

Sorry to hear your ring is not quite right for you. It's no problem to return it.

(Please note: If your ring has been engraved we cannot refund / exchange it - we can still help though, please contact us).

Please visit - https://newmanbands.com/exchange-and-returns/ (here you can request your refund) - You will need your order number (and the email address you used on your order). If you don't know it, search your emails for "Your Newman Bands order has been received!"

Once the ring arrives back here, we will email you to let you know and refund you the same day.

No Printer?

 

If you don't have a printer (or can't get it printed elsewhere) don't worry about it - it's no problem at all.

You can simply write out the address clearly on a label and attach it to the front of the box

Please Can You...

 

If possible please reuse the brown box we sent the ring to you in. You can either tear off the old label or just put the new freepost label over the top. It doesn't need extra packaging - if it does it will go over 25mm in height and may be returned to you. If you don't have it, just put the ring inside the ring box and use an envelope or small plastic mailing sack.

 

Returning more than one ?

If you are returning more than 1 ring (even from separate orders) please place them inside the one packaging box and include the letter for both - or let us know what you want done with the rings eg exchange / refund.

 

PLEASE DO NOT - use a box or packaging larger than 2.5cm in height.

 

You can simply post it using your nearest post box, there is no need to get a certificate of posting.

 

How long do I have to return my ring?

 

If you could return it unused and unworn (apart from being tried on) within 100 days, that would be great.
