Please find attached a free post returns label and a return form (below). Please just write on there that you would like a refund.

Once the ring arrives back here, we will take care of it for you.
We will email you the day it arrives and refund you the same day.
If possible please reuse the brown box we sent the ring to you in. You can either tear off the old label or just put the new freepost label over the top. It doesn't need extra packaging - if it does it will go over 25mm in height and may be returned to you. If you don't have it, just put the ring inside the ring box and use an envelope or small plastic mailing sack.
You can post it through any local postbox.
